Grammy award winner Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy, offers insight into his silence amid the online feud between his colleagues, Davido and Wizkid, despite mounting requests for him to express his views.
You might remember that an online dispute ignited between the artistes when Wizkid posted a video of Davido in tears allegedly over his affair with an American model.
Davido responded with a jab aimed at his renowned counterpart by mocking his height and shoe size thereby intensifying the feud.
Despite fervent calls from numerous online users for Burna Boy to chime in and escalate the situation, he opted to stay silent.
In a recent Instagram Live session, Burna Boy addressed these requests, cautioning that if he were to speak, it could lead to many shedding tears.
He emphasized the importance of being mindful of one’s desires and reiterated his commitment to staying focused on his own path. Burna Boy asserted that he pays no heed to external distractions.
In his words during the IG live session with his fans, Burna Boy said; “Everybody want make I talk, If I start to dey talk now, una go begin cry.”
