”I dreamt and prayed for this day. I returned all the glory to you Lord! You do this one and I’m forever grateful. After 85 questions! I’m officially a Registered Nurse,” she shared.

Reflecting on her journey, Adetola expressed deep gratitude, describing it as one marked by hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, and countless sleepless nights. She celebrated this milestone as the beginning of a new chapter in her life.

Adetola overcame numerous challenges on her academic path. Despite coming from an arts background with no prior science knowledge, she succeeded in nursing school.

She balanced her studies with the responsibilities of motherhood, welcoming two children during her program, and juggled part-time and full-time work hours—all while graduating with honors.

In her post, she thanked her support system, especially her husband, whom she called “the wind beneath my wings” for his unwavering support. She also expressed gratitude to her children for their understanding during times when she was unavailable physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Adetola extended thanks to her best friend from nursing school, her sister-in-law, her sister, her mother, and her in-laws, acknowledging the encouragement and support each provided along her journey.

Adetola looks forward to the future with optimism and is eager to make a positive impact as a nurse.
