A clip of Grammy award winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid, showing his full support for his industry rival Davido, following the release of his new song “Awuke” has stirred several reactions online.
Yesterday, October 31st, 2024, singer Davido releases his first single of the year 2024 featuring Bob Marley grand son known as singer YG Marley.
This is coming hours after Davido makes history in his TikTok live session with Peller, Jarvis garners over 160k active viewers on the app, a development that breaks the internet.
However, Davido released his highly anticipated song “Awuke” today and the singer accompanied it with a music video. Watch the video below;
Note that weeks ago, when Wizkid was about to release his new song “Piece of My Heart”, the singer drags the living daylight out of Davido as an alleged strategy to promote the song off the highly anticipated Morayo album.
Meanwhile, in a new video, the 30BG fans dug out a legendary clip of Wizkid dancing so hard on stage, a dancing challenge that perfectly fit into Davido’s new song.
Sharing the video an X user identified as @DaddyZee02· wrote; “New Music by Davido featuring YG Marley out now on all digital platforms, his first official single of the year The dance challenge kicks off by his biggest fan, Wizkid.”
